Artists: Weaam Sperinck

Weaam is a British/Bahraini visual artist living in Bahrain. She studied Visual Communication in the Glasgow School of Art, UK and graduated with a BA (hons) in 2009. In the same year, she won semifinalist in the Adobe Achievement Awards and was awarded “In Book” at the D&AD awards for animations.

She has recently received her MA in Illustration from the Interactive Design Institute, UK, and is currently freelancing, curating and teaching art.
